That core focus remains strong today, with the family’s third generation at the helm. Over the past 20+ years, PMC has built more than 3,000 exceptional homes in the Metro Atlanta area and developed more than 7,000 lots. With each new project comes a sense of pride and craftsmanship and a commitment to “Building Character” into each new home and community.

Ballantry Homes (BH) was founded more than 20 years ago by David Hill. Since that time BH has become one of the largest and most acclaimed homebuilders in the Greater Toronto Area. Ballantry’s commitment to workmanship and scrupulous attention to detail has earned them numerous awards as well as well-deserved trust and respect within the building community and among their delighted homeowners.

In early 2011 Ballantry began to explore opportunities in the Atlanta Metro Area and was introduced to Patrick Malloy. With a shared passion for building quality homes, similar company cultures and business philosophies, a partnership was formed with a single vision for the future.

Leveraging the long history of PMC in Metro Atlanta, the two companies now operate under the name Patrick Malloy Communities.
