Governors Towne Club is Open By Appointment Only

The current situation may leave you wondering if you can still purchase a new home. Patrick Malloy Communities is taking great care to keep you and our staff safe by utilizing the highest sanitation procedures as recommended by the Center for Disease Control [CDC] and World Health Organization [WHO].

Zoom or Facebook Live Appointments

If you are staying safe at home, we can offer you a Zoom or Facebook Live tour before any one-on-one appointments. Zoom or Facebook allows you to take a tour without leaving the safety of your home. When you choose your new home, at that time, we may schedule a one-on-one appointment while observing physical distancing guidelines. With today’s technology, there are many ways to view, choose, and do the paperwork digitally.

Some other steps that we have put in place to keep everyone safe can be found here.

Mortgage rates are incredibly low, and taking the preliminary steps to find your new home will allow you to lock in the most favorable mortgage rate.

Local Food Banks

Another thing you can do during this time is to remember those who need your help. There are several food banks in the Acworth area that are taking monetary donations to help to feed those who are suffering.

Many food banks are offering drive-up service and allowing for registration online. Here are a few:

Acworth Emergency Food Pantry is affiliated with Mars Hill Presbyterian Church. The need for emergency food is great, especially since many grocery store shelves are depleted. You can donate online here by choosing One Time Offering and then Food Bank.
